A 16×20 canvas will be provided. Please bring the following supplies so that you may continue working on your painting between sessions, or after the class has ended:

• Basic set of acrylic paint colors + “flesh”
  • red, blue, yellow, green, purple, orange*, flesh, black & white (gold or silver metallic, if desired, for final touches)
• 1 Medium sized brush, 1 small square brush, 1 small round brush
• Matte medium (to thin acrylics, add flow and create transparency)
• * Green, purple, and orange can be mixed from the first 3 primary colors, many art makers find it is easier to just have these secondary colors readily available.

Completion of an intensive 9 week, 18 session training by art therapist and founder Michelle Baker.

I’m a lifelong artist, teacher, certified spiritual counselor, non-denominational minister, Reiki Master, author, clairvoyant, and medium. I’ve raised my family, experienced personal loss, and worked in hospice and many other service-related roles throughout my life.

From day one to day four of our art workshop, my focus will be to assist you and other middle-aged and older women as we experience deeper connectedness within ourselves. We’ll do this using acrylic paint as a medium and feminine archetypal energy, all within a non-judgmental and deeply enriching environment.
