I paint on rawhide and leather often, simply because I enjoy it so much. 

I love painting on canvas too. Canvas remains a wonderful surface for expressing artistic visions and ideas, and acrylics continue to be my medium of choice. Their bright colors, versatility, and quick drying time — especially in our desert climate — are just a few of the reasons I love them.

Block printing has been a lifelong favorite of mine. I was first introduced to block printing and linoleum carving in high school. The Byzantine-style “Three Angels” print you see drying below is a linoleum block I carved in 1969 — and to my surprise, it still prints beautifully today.
